John R. Reports that the trails were groomed Thursday PM and Friday AM. Trails are in pretty decent shape, but base is limited- expect conditions to deteriorate rapidly with heavy traffic. Ride safe, watch out for bare spots and hidden objects, and respect the land owner's property.

Trails are still closed due to the lack of snow-- please do not ride on the trails. A winter storm warning is on the way-- we'll post more information if the trails are able to be opened. In the meantime please read the "Letter from a landowner" in our news section for some thoughts on why it's important to follow trail markings and to protect our land owners' properties. ...

John R. reports "as of Thursday there is only 4 or 5" of snow on the trails, we have a good base with the cold snap we had, but we need some more snow.." Please ride carefully, avoid bare spots in fields, stay on the marked trails and RESPECT the land owners property- without it we would have no trails. Do not damage crops.
The dice run has been cancelled due to the lack of snow and the forecast of rain on Sunday. The chicken BBQ, with raffles and door prizes, will be hels rain, snow or shine, so come on down and have some fun and good food..... ...

The warm temperatures and rain taken away the marginal snow base that we had. Trails are closed until we get enough snow to make them rideable. Think Snow! ...

The groomers were out Friday and hit all of the trails. The groom team reports good snow conditions on the Powerlines, with spotty conditions elsewhere-- some good sections, some bare sections. Snow is especially spotty near the Chaffee area and the woods along Davis Hill Rd. near the Fireside. Ride safe, have fun! ...

Trails are open but with limited base. Fields may have bare spots. Please ride carefully and avoid damaging bare fields- please respect our landowners without whome the trails would not be possible.. Lake effect snow is forecast for the area which will helpfully build up some more base. Ride safe- have fun! ...

Trails are still closed as the trails still have no base. Rocks, cornstalks are still showing-- please wait until conditions allow safe riding that wil not harm our landowner's property. Thanks! ...

Trails are all open, but the conditions are deteriorating as the temperatures warm up. Watch for open water holes as nothing has really frozen up yet !!!! PLEASE RESPECT OUR LANDOWNERS , without them we wouldnt have any trails. When there isn't enough snow to ride.... DON'T RIDE !!!! -K.Roblee ...
