Monthly Club meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month at the Hearth Restaurant on Route 16 in Chaffee. New members are always welcome- please join in and get involved!

You may also print the .pdf membership form and mail it, with a check for the appropriate amount, to Pioneer Sno Surfers - Sardinia Snowmobile Club, PO Box 302, Sardinia, NY 14134. Membership fees are $25 for active members, $35 for social members.

NY State has changed the snowmobile registration so that NYS Snowmobile club members get a significant discount The additional fees non-members pay go into the state trail fund.
Some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Sno Surfers Membership:
- How do I receive the lower state registration rate? Basically, submit our membership application form and dues payment (by mail or at a meeting) and we'll send you a voucher which you can submit with your snowmobile registration payment.
- What are some of the stipulations? Some of the basic stipulations are that there is a limit of 4 registration per household, and family memberships only apply to the same household/registration address.
- Where can I get more information about the state snowmobile registration process? The NYSSA website is a great place. Some useful documents there are Membership Methods (MS Word). Membership FAQs (MS Word), and the NYDMV document Registering a Snowmobile in New York State (pdf).
- I'm a new member, how do I get my certificate from the Hearth? Once a number of new memberships are received, gift certificates will be sent via mail. Have patience, but let us know if it has been more than a meeting or two since you've joined.
