Governor Pataki has sign into law the S.R.R.A. bill yesterday 8/30/2005. The 55 mph speed limit will take effect 2/10/2006 and the 2 tier registration system ($100 registration or $45 if you belong to a trail producing club) will take effect for the 2006/2007 registration season.
